2. Services We Provide

We are a licensed, Red Seal plumbing and heating company serving Chilliwack and the surrounding Fraser Valley, including Hope, Abbotsford, Agassiz, Mission, Harrison Hot Springs, with residential and commercial services such as drain & sewer cleaning, water system repair and installation, toilet & shower repair, camera inspection, line locating, and 24/7 emergency response. Our hours are 24 / 7 / 365.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Standard residential quotes are free and carry no obligation. Estimates provided through our website or over the phone are preliminary and subject to an on-site inspection by a licensed technician. A written estimate is provided before any non-emergency work begins, and the full price is confirmed up front.

4. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointment times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, emergency calls, or supply availability. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the agreed window and to notify you of any changes.

5. Emergency Service

Our emergency line is answered by a real plumber 24/7. We dispatch stocked trucks and aim for an average emergency response of under 60 minutes in the Chilliwack area, but response times may vary with demand, traffic, and distance.

6. SMS & Communication Consent

By submitting your information through our web form and checking the authorization checkbox, you agree that Kovacs Plumbing and Heating may contact you by phone call or SMS text message regarding your inquiry, scheduling, emergency dispatch, and promotional updates, whether automated or manual. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP and receive help by texting HELP. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

7. Warranties & Workmanship

Work performed by Kovacs Plumbing and Heating is covered by our standard workmanship warranty, provided with your written invoice. Parts may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, freezing, ground settlement, or work performed by others. Warranty claims require the original invoice.

8. Payment & Billing

Payment terms, including amounts and due dates, are set out in your written estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Late payments may be subject to reasonable charges permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kovacs Plumbing and Heating and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
